We used Glen Valley to refinish our entire solid wood kitchen. They stripped down the cabinets to the wood and then painted them with a high grade (catalyzed lacquer) paint, of our choice of colour. The kitchen which was tired looks brand new fresh and modern. They even were able to do the crown moldings. Would highly recommend Glen Valley to refinish your kitchen cabinets. One year later they look pristine, without any chips or wear visible.

Russ Allen is the owner operator of this business which has been getting progressively bigger and busier over the years - and rightfully so. We initially took a chest of drawers and a pair of chairs in for refinishing. Not only did Russ have great ideas about how to refinish the pieces, he also took the time to ensure the refinishing was as close to the original as possible. We were so impressed we took a more elaborate side table with missing pieces in for repair - he did a fabulous job. Russ took the time to shape and carve the wood so that gaps were filled and he matched the gold paint finish to match the original. This is a labour of love for Russ and it shows.

Auction piece layers of wax and dirt. Chairs loose and tired. Strip, refinish, repair, reupholster. Now a beautiful 1920 dining room suite. Worth 10 times what we paid including the refinishing.
